New User Account Needed
To request access for a new user, please fill out the form using the link below which will create a Service Desk Ticket. All tickets will be responded to within 48 hours.
Training
Training on how to use Caseviewer and how to administer a Public Records Request can be found on County Connect here: Record Management (milwaukeecountywi.gov)
More training will be added as new services are added.
Reporting Issues
